With Democrats ready to fully mobilize their armies of darkness to terrorize senators into not holding a vote on President Trump's filling of the open Supreme Court seat, his opponent is up to his same tricks. 

Former Vice President Joe Biden is demanding that the seat vacated by the death of Ruth Bader Ginsburg last week, insisting that the nation's highest court remain shorthanded until after Dems are able to cheat their way to victory.

In true hidin' Biden fashion, lunchbucket Joe is refusing to release the list of who he would put onto the SCOTUS if he manages to slither into the White House either by hook or by crook. 

According to Mr. Transparency, releasing the list would expose those on it to attacks on their character but in more likely is that those who are on it are so extreme in their leftist ideology and so manifestly unqualified that revealing them would be the best case for Trump picking RBG's replacement.

Joe Biden said that he would not release a list of potential Supreme Court nominees like President Trump has, arguing the rejection of nomination norms could politicize the court and subject those on the list to unnecessary attacks.

"We can't ignore the cherished system of checks and balances. That includes this whole business of releasing a list of potential nominees that I would put forward," the former vice president and Democratic presidential nominee said in a speech from Philadelphia addressing Justice Ruth Bader Ginsburg's death and Trump's push to nominate a replacement Supreme Court justice before the election.

During his 2016 presidential campaign, during which time there was a vacant Supreme Court seat due to Justice Antonin Scalia dying that February, Trump released a list of individuals whom he would pick from for Supreme Court nominations, the first time a candidate or president singled out individuals in that way. He added to the list earlier this month.

"It's no wonder they ask that I release the list only after she passed away. It is a game for them. It is a play to gin up emotions and anger. There's a reason why no other candidate than President Trump has ever done such a thing," Biden said.

That Democrats would insult the intelligence of the American people by not releasing the list of Biden's preferences, they continue to conceal very relevant information from the public just as they did with Ginsburg's health. 

According to Dems and members of their media propaganda arm, Ginsburg was beating cancer and was instilled with a vigor that belied her 87 years as well as a growing series of recent hospitalizations - they lied. 

Ginsburg became a symbol of the anti-Trump resistance and had suggested that she would stay on the SCOTUS for ten more years - an unrealistic goal considering her age and health problems.  

President Trump released a list of his potential SCOTUS picks earlier this month and has said that he will be naming his choice to replace Ginsburg this week and that he would likely be picking a woman.
