Beatriz Reynoso was born in Harlingen, Texas. Reynoso served in the U.S. Air Force from 2007 to 2015. She earned associate degrees from the Community College of the Air Force in 2013 and in 2014. She earned a bachelor's degree from The University of Texas Rio Grande Valley in 2019. Reynoso's career experience includes working as a small business owner and as a graphic designer. She served as an intern with U.S. Representative Lloyd Doggett (D-TX).
