Ash Kalra is a Democratic member of the California State Assembly, representing District 27. He was first elected to the chamber in 2016.
Kalra has also served as a member of the San Jose City Council in California, representing District 2. He was first elected to the city council in 2008, and he was term limited out of office in 2016.
