Art Swann is a Republican member of the Tennessee State Senate, representing District 2. He was appointed to the seat on December 1, 2017, following the resignation of Doug Overbey.

Swann is a former Republican member of the Tennessee House of Representatives, representing District 8 from 2010 to 2017.

Swann earned a B.S. from the University of Tennessee-Martin. He has previously worked as a forest product representative. Swann is a former Director of the Metropolitan Knoxville Airport Authority, and was a Blount County Commissioner from 1978-1982.
