Shreeta Waldon was born in Chicago, Illinois. She earned a bachelor's degree from Clark Atlanta University in 2001 and a graduate degree from Argosy University in 2007. Her career experience includes working as an executive director, as a licensed clinical alcohol and drug counselor, in social services, and in theater. She has served on the board of directors for Feed Louisville and on the board of directors for the National Black Harm Reduction Coalition.
