Scott Nowicki served in the U.S. Army from 1991 to 2005. He earned a bachelor's degree from the University of Alabama in 1994, a graduate degree from Troy University in 2000, and a graduate degree from the University of Oregon in 2017. His career experience includes working as an insurance agency owner. Nowicki has been affiliated with the VFW and The American Legion.
