Rosita C. Youngblood (b. December 20, 1946) is a Democratic member of the Pennsylvania House of Representatives, representing District 198. She was first elected to the chamber after she won a special election on April 19, 1994. She currently serves as Minority Caucus Secretary.

Youngblood earned her B.A. in Human Services from Antioch University in 1985.
