Robert F. Matzie is a Democratic member of the Pennsylvania House of Representatives, representing District 16. He was first elected to the chamber in 2008.
Matzie served as a Beaver County Representative at the Pennsylvania Democratic State Committee. He has also served as a Field Office Representative for the Office of Commonwealth Senator Gerald J. LaValle. From 2003 to 2004, he was Mayor of Ambridge.
Matzie earned his A.A. in High Technology Communications from the Community College of Beaver County and his B.A. in journalism/Communications from Point Park University. His professional experience includes working as a radio show host for WMBA Radio.
