R. Lee James is a Republican member of the Pennsylvania House of Representatives, representing District 64. He was first elected to the chamber in 2012.

James earned his B.S. in economics from Clarion University in 1974 and his MBA from Clarion University in 1983. His professional experience includes working as a financial consultant. James served in U.S. Navy from 1966 to 1972.
