DUI conviction

 Jan. 1, 1900

On May 26, 2010, Hermanson was found guilty of DUI resulting from a November 2009 accident in Wichita. He pleaded no contest. On July 8, he was sentenced to one-year probation for driving under the influence of prescription drugs. Additionally, he was ordered to pay a $500 fine and court costs.
