Paul Schemel is a Republican member of the Pennsylvania House of Representatives, representing District 90. He was first elected to the chamber in 2014.
Schemel served six years as a member of the Greencastle Borough Council.
Schemel earned his B.A. in philosophy and his MBA in contract management from the University of Dallas and his J.D. from Regent University in 1999. His professional experience includes working as an attorney at the law firm of Dick, Stein, Schemel, Wine & Frey, LLP, and served a one year State Department appointment in Iraq as an advisor on local government.
