Patricia A. Roybal Caballero is a Democratic member of the New Mexico House of Representatives, representing District 13. She was first elected to the chamber in 2012.

Roybal Caballero earned her B.A. from the University of Colorado at Boulder and earned dual master's degrees in community and regional planning and public administration from the University of New Mexico. Her professional experience includes working as a public administrator and community and economic developer.
