In the following area, on an attached page, or via e-mail, please explain in a total of 100 words or less, your top two or three priorities if elected. If they require additional funding for implementation, please explain how you would obtain this funding.
- Jobs and economic development are my top priorities. By simplifying and lowering taxes, less government regulation, right to work and prevailing wage reform, with tort reform to stop costly lawsuit abuse, we can make West Virginia more business friendly. That goes hand in hand with my philosophy that the best welfare program, the best health care plan comes from a good paying job. This also expands the tax base to better fund programs like education and law enforcement, roads and infrastructure needs without raising taxes.
