1. Do you generally support pro-choice or pro-life legislation?
- Pro-life

2. Should abortions be illegal after the first trimester of pregnancy?
- Yes

3. Should abortion be legal when the pregnancy resulted from incest or rape?
- Yes

4. Should abortion be legal when the life of the woman is endangered?
- Yes

5. Do you support requiring parental notification before an abortion is performed on a minor?

6. Do you support requiring parental consent before an abortion is performed on a minor?
- Yes

7. Do you support the prohibition of public funds for abortion procedures?
- Yes

8. Do you support the prohibition of public funds for organizations that perform abortions?
- No

9. Other or expanded principles
- Question h is a tough call. My concern is with public funds being used for abortion procedures. If a health services provider that performs abortions could establish with reasonable clarity that it would not use public money to fund those procedures, I might support public funds going to other activities at that organization/entity.

4. Property taxes

6. Do you support applying sales taxes to all online purchases?
- No

7. Other or expanded principles
- Question d is difficult to answer in this format. I support statewide education levy equalization. That will raise property taxes for some, lower for others. Net effect will be to generate slightly more tax rev available for basic ed. So, I answered 2. But main overall effect is flatter statewide basic ed levy. And--most importantly--this reduces the need for a state income tax.

- Question d is the hard call here. I believe a minor MAY be prosecuted as an adult, depending on the facts of the case. The reason I answered "No" is to the word SHOULD.
