Ian C. Calderon is a Democratic member of the California State Assembly, representing District 57. He was first elected to the chamber in 2012. Calderon currently serves as House majority leader.
Calderon comes from a politically-connected family. His father is Charles Calderon and his uncle is Ron Calderon.
Calderon earned his B.A. in political science and Communications from California State University-Long Beach.
