Gerald J. Mullery is a Democratic member of the Pennsylvania House of Representatives, representing District 119. He was first elected to the chamber in 2010.

Mullery earned his bachelor's degree from King's College and his J.D. from Duquesne University School of Law. His professional experience includes working as an attorney for Michael J. O’Connor & Associates before becoming in-house counsel for the Lackawanna Insurance Group in Wilkes-Barre. In 2006, he opened his own private practice, Kasper & Mullery LLC.
