Brian Hoven (b. November 28, 1941) is a Republican member of the Montana State Senate, representing District 13. Hoven was first elected to the chamber in 2014. Hoven is running for re-election in the primary on June 5, 2018. The general election will take place on November 6, 2018.

Hoven served in the Montana House of Representatives, representing District 24 from 2009 to 2015.

Hoven earned his B.S.E. in Mechanical Engineering from Princeton University in 1963. His professional experience includes working as the president of Hoven Equipment Company and manufacturing manager at Proctor and Gamble. Hoven served as a specialist in the United States Army Reserve from 1965 to 1975.
