It seems every special interest group in Augusta has a voice except the most important group: "The TAXPAYER". So over the last four years, since you made me your State Representative, when looking at any spending bills, I remember where the money to pay for those bills is coming from, YOU. Allow people that are paying cash for healthcare to get the best pricing, that the big insurance companies get.
