Vincent Gallo was born on a U.S. Army base in Misawa, Japan. He earned a degree in business administration from the University of North Texas at Denton in 1984. Gallo's career experience includes founding a construction company and working as a stockbroker with Merrill Lynch and as a police officer with the City of Carrollton. He's been associated with the Flower Mound Patriots, Flower Mound Area Republicans Club, and the Denton County Conservation Coalition.
