- Business expansion and encouragement of re-location efforts to attract corporations and thus jobs. Tax climate is the key not expenditures.Education...retraining of adults and school to work initiatives for high school. We currently can fund this and schools can design more effective pathways to industry certifications and relevant curriculum for todays high paying jobs.Continuing to maintain a balanced budget.
