- Create, Attract, and Retain High Wage Jobs: We Need to attract new company's through short term tax incentives (18) months to help relocation expenses. Key employee moves, building purchases, infrastructure cost in setting up the new physical plants. Very costly and most business won't make any money for the first year during this process. More money going out than coming in. I personnel have had to do it and a short term tax breaks help new company?s make decision on whether they will relocate or not. After the 18 months the company will be tax as any other normal company.
