1. I have always viewed military force as an option of last resort in dealing with hostile governments. At the same time, I do not support putting more US boots on the ground in the Middle East. We must engage with our allies in the region to find diplomatic solutions where we can, and we must invest in economic and human development projects that stabilize the region.
