Rodney W. Moore (b. July 12, 1963) is a Democratic member of the North Carolina House of Representatives, representing District 99. Moore is running for re-election in the primary on May 8, 2018. The general election will take place on November 6, 2018.

He was first elected to the chamber in 2010.

Moore was a 2016 Democratic candidate who sought election to the U.S. House to represent the 12th Congressional District of North Carolina. Moore dropped out of the race in May 2016.

Moore earned his bachelor's degree from the University of North Carolina-Wilmington. In 2005, he was a Fellow at the North Carolina Institute of Political Leadership. His professional experience includes working as the President of Connections Unlimited Inc., as a business consultant from 2007 to 2011, and as a real estate developer since 2011.
