He graduated from Olympic High School in 2002, and then took online classes through South University, Virginia College, and North Central University. He founded two nonprofit organizations, The Citizens of The United States, Inc. and LGBT Citizen Helpers. In 2018, Davis served as a member of the Charlotte Mecklenburg Community Relations Committee.
