Mike Sparks is a Republican member of the Tennessee House of Representatives, representing District 49. He was first elected to the chamber in 2010.
Sparks attended Middle Tennessee State University, Volunteer State Community College, the Nashville School of Real Estate, and the Dale Carnegie Institute. He has worked as a realtor, business owner, and business consultant. He was formerly a Rutherford County Commissioner and a member of the City of Smyrna's Municipal Planning Committee.
