Mike Lefor is a Republican member of the North Dakota House of Representatives, representing District 37. He was first elected to the chamber in 2014. Lefor was selected to serve as majority caucus leader beginning in the 2017 legislative session.

Lefor earned his B.C.S. from Dickinson State University in 1980. He works as the President of DCI Credit Services, Inc. Lefor served five terms on the Dickinson Park Board between 1986-2014 and was the president of the board from 2006-2014. He was appointed to the Dickinson Planning and Zoning Commission in 1988 and served until 2003. He was chairman of that commission from 1993-2003. Lefor served as chairman of the board for CHI St. Joseph's Health from 2008-2014.
