Miguel P. Garcia (b. January 19, 1951) is a Democratic member of the New Mexico House of Representatives, representing District 14. He was first elected to the chamber in 1996.
Garcia earned his B.A. from Eastern New Mexico University, Portales, in 1973 and his M.A. from the University of New Mexico, Albuquerque, in 1993. His professional experience includes working as a Spanish teacher in the Albuquerque Public Schools system.
