- With respect to C I support the concepts and practices of DACA. In general, I favor better funding for public education, which is the base of an educated citizenry.Thaddeus Stevens had it right. In some cases charter schools can offer specific alternatives but they must complement and not ever be a drain on the public school system.

- We need to strengthen our regulation of energy production and distribution, especially with respect to natural gas, including methane, propane, etc. The installation of pipelines should be carefully regulated and inspected because of the hazards involved and because of the potential of harm to property owners over whose land the companies have rights of way. I would like to see our Attorney General do a review of how well landowners have been treated or mistreated in contractual, eminent domain, or on-site work and how carefully safety matters have been handled.

- EQUITY - I advocate fairness in legislation covering redistricting of both Federal and State districts; equal treatment for all persons with respect to employment, housing, education, etc; fairness in property taxes, income taxes, and all other forms of taxation.EDUCATION - Strong public education is essential. I will work for accessible education for all ages. I will explore closing the Delaware loophole and taxing natural gas extraction to fund education.ENVIRONMENT - Our government is responsible for our natural resources and should guard them carefully, not allowing them to be destroyed or taken by eminent domain for private gain.
