Jeff Barker (b. 1943) is a Democratic member of the Oregon House of Representatives, representing District 28. Barker was first elected to the chamber in 2002. Barker is running for re-election in the primary on May 15, 2018. The general election will take place on November 6, 2018.
Barker earned his B.S. from Portland State University. His professional experience includes being a retired trooper in the Oregon State Police, and a retired Lieutenant in the Portland Police Bureau. Barker served in the United States Marine Corps.
