Dan McCay is a Republican member of the Utah House of Representatives, representing District 41. He was first appointed to the chamber on January 20, 2012. He represented District 52 from his appointment on January 20, 2012, to January 1, 2013, and District 41 since then.
McCay earned both his bachelor's in Secondary Education and his master's in Instructional Design from Utah State University. He went on to receive his J.D. from Willamette University.
McCay is employed as an attorney and a real estate portfolio manager.
