Connie Cooner Rowe is a Republican member of the Alabama House of Representatives, representing District 13. She was first elected to the chamber in 2014. Cooner Rowe is running for re-election in the primary on June 5, 2018. The general election will take place on November 6, 2018.
Rowe's professional experience includes working as an adjunct instructor for the Alabama Peace Officers Standard and Training Commission since 1989. She served as a police chief from 2011 to 2014. Rowe also worked as a criminal investigator with the Walker County District Attorney’s Office for over 20 years.
