Carol Spackman Moss is a Democratic member of the Utah House of Representatives, representing District 37. She was first elected to the chamber in 2000. She currently serves as Assistant Minority Whip.
Moss received her Educational Administration Certification from the University of Utah. She also received her B.A. and M.A. in English from the University of Utah. She is a retired High School Teacher.
