- I have a carbon program that will remove up to 28,000,000 tons of carbon from industrial output, create job and cost the tax payer nothing. By offering tax incentives to industry they will be able to using carbon collection technology to scrub their emissions and recover their waste carbon. Carbon has a market value and can be sold for profit. Current three emitters are capturing carbon, so this plan will help get the other 140 emitters on board.
