Bob Wieckowski (b. February 18, 1955) is a Democratic member of the California State Senate, representing District 10. He was first elected to the chamber in 2014. He previously served in the California State Assembly, representing District 25 from 2010 to 2014. He has served as a member and vice mayor of the Fremont City Council since 2004. He has also been a member of the Alameda County Democratic Central Committee since 2004.
Wieckowski earned his B.A. in political science from the University of California Berkeley in 1977 and his J.D. from Santa Clara University in 1985. His professional experience includes working as a lawyer for the Law Office of Robert A. Wieckowski and serving as staff assistant to United States Congressman Edwards from 1977 to 1982.

- In his first year of office, Assemblymember Wieckowski passed nine bills through the Legislature, eight of which were signed into law by Governor Brown. Reflecting his collaborative style, most of these bills were approved with strong, bipartisan support.
He has launched the Made in California Jobs Initiative to expand California manufacturing, invest in biotechnology research, and provide hiring tax credits for small businesses. As part of this initiative, he is touring companies throughout his district to speak to business leaders and their workers about challenges facing their industries.
He also championed campaign finance reform and affordable college.
