2024 Arrest for drunken driving

On August 27, 2024, Chester-Burton was arrested for driving under the influence of alcohol. She was charged with reckless driving and a second offense of driving under the influence. On August 30, 2024, Chester-Burton pleaded not guilty to both charges. Her next court date is a pretrial conference on November 13, 2024.
