Bensson Samuel (Republican Party) is running for election to the U.S. Senate to represent Michigan. He declared candidacy for the Republican primary scheduled on August 6, 2024.
Samuel (independent) also ran for election to the U.S. House to represent Michigan's 1st Congressional District. He will not appear on the ballot for the general election on November 5, 2024.

Bensson Samuel's professional experience includes working as an adjunct professor. Samuel began serving in the U.S. Army Reserve in 2020. He earned an M.D. from Poznan University of Medical Science in 2009, a Ph.D. from Swiss School of Business and Research in 2021, and a Ph.D. from Universidad Católica de Murcia in 2022.
