CUT TAXES - Maryland taxes should be cut across the board - including individual, corporate, capital gains, property, and sales - this will encourage people and corporations to move to Maryland, thus creating jobs.3. BALANCING THE BUDGET - Truly doing this, not sliding the debt from year to year. Defund useless and/or unwanted programs to help this.
